Our Latest Works

We assist the client and contractor with the efficient execution and completion of each project, by providing personal attention and involvement during the construction phase.

This new contemporary downtown development boasts 21 models ranging from compact 1-bed flats to spacious 3-bed townhouses. Completion is anticipated early 2016.

Construction continues on the site of the old Town & Country School. This three-piece development is already receiving inquiries from potential new residents.

The MW Lofts development totals 250,000 square feet in six stories, with commercial spaces and a restaurant on the ground level; 115 units of various sizes on the upper levels, and two levels of underground parking.

Pasadena’s history as part of the historic Route 66, which ran from Chicago to Los Angeles; and along with the yearly tradition of the Rose Parade, gave rise to many small-scale hotels and motels along Colorado Boulevard. The current hotel, has been at the existing location for over 50 years; formerly known as the Imperial 400 Hotel.  The new design takes cues from the local history, and the Southern California climate; it gives new life to an older structure as well as a new identity, The Rose and Crown Hotel.

BURBANK WATER AND POWER ECOCAMPUS
A community-owned public utility site, the Magnolia Power Project at Burbank Water and Power (BWP) EcoCampus is the first power plant in the world to operate on 100 percent recycled water. Key aspects of the campus landscape redesign included primary landscaping, a green street implemented in 2010, and an employee courtyard that repurposes old industrial structures from a decommissioned electrical substation.
